Shipping Information
Tufflift has distribution warehouses located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Our head office is located in Truganina, Victoria. You are welcome to collect your item/s directly from our warehouse facilities or we can arrange delivery to anywhere in Australia, New Zealand and many international countries.
If you require your item/s to be shipped, please ensure you have requested a freight quote before bidding or buying the item/s.
We will dispatch your item/s next business day once full payment has been received, once your item/s have been dispatched we will update your order with your tracking number for you to track your delivery.
Please note you will need to be available during business hours on the day of your delivery or you may be charged a re-delivery fee by the courier / freight company.
Shipping: Hoists Tyre Changers, Wheel Balancers & Rotisseries
These items will be shipped via a common carrier due to their size and weight.
- We will need your location (suburb and post code) to arrange a quote for you.
- A forklift (or similar material handling equipment) will be needed to unload the product at your end, although you may request a depot pick up on these items, and in most cases, this will be the less expensive option.
- If you do not have any equipment to unload your item, you will need to request a depot collection.
Please note the customer is always responsible for unloading the product from the truck.
Shipping: Small Workshop Tools
These items will be shipped via a parcel carrier.
- We will need your location (suburb and post code) to arrange a quote for you.
- In cases where the item weighs greater than 40kg you will need to be able to assist the driver in unloading your item (either via hand or material handling equipment), if you cannot assist or don’t have any equipment to use, you will need to request a “Tailgate” option which will incur an additional fee.
- Delivery times are between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, you will need to be available at this time, if you won’t be available you will need to request an “Authority to Leave” when ordering your item as this cannot be added after the delivery has been booked.
Taking Receipt of Your Item
Once the item leaves our warehouse with the parcel or common carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Tufflift Hoists Australia. We cannot guarantee delivery times / dates nor can we guarantee loss or transit damage of your item. We HIGHLY recommend you inspect your item before taking receipt of it or signing the delivery docket. If you suspect your item may have been damaged in transit, make a clear note of it on the delivery docket, or do not take receipt of it, and contact us immediately.
Transit Damage & Loss
If your item is damaged in transit and you signed the delivery docket as received in good order, it is unlikely that your claim will be accepted by the freight company. If you either refused delivery or noted the damage on the delivery docket, we will be able to start a claim for you. Once the claim is accepted we will be able to replace or repair your item. If your item is lost in transit we will make a claim with the freight company, once the claim is accepted we will be able to replace your item.
